Terms of order and delivery

IN GENERAL

Pašnodarbināta persona Filiptsov Mikhail (p.k. 325742-79618) sells hobby horses and their accesories to over 14-years old people to Latvia and other countries trough HorseOnTheStick webshop. HorseOnTheStick webshop is only webshop, though you can come to pick up your order also from our address, when it has been agreed beforehand. 
These terms of order and delivery stands from 13.04.2022. We can change terms of order and delivery unilaterally, so take care that you get to know them before you make any shopping.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

On the page of each product there has been told in generally about making hobby horses and their materials, but more detailed information you find from every products own page. We try allways take pictures of products in natural light, but even so pictures might seem a little bit different on different computers. Please take that in consideration.

 

PRICES

You can see prices in each Hobbyhorse and Accessories pages and of course on every products own page. All prices includes sales tax for orders, placed from EU. If the delivery of the order is expected outside the EU, payment of all customs duties remains the responsibility of the buyer. When you continue to shopping cart or to checkout, there is more detailed price with shipping cost. We withhold right to change the prices.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost to Latvia is 15 €. To other countries shipping costs are determined by the deliverer and will be shown in checkout. We withhold right to change the prices of shipping costs. 

 

PAYMENT

Payment service is carry out by the payment company Checkout. You can pay by all Latvian and international online bank services or by well known credit cards. If there is any problems with payment situations, pleace contact Checkouts own customer service, because HorseOnTheStick webshop don’t handle any payment informations.  

 ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have made a purchase, you will get an order confirmation to your e-mail. If from some reason we are not able to confirm your order, we inform to your e-mail as soon as possible.

PROCEEDING AND DELIVERY TIME

All hobbyhorses are made by order. Depending on the number of orders in the queue at the moment, the production time may take up to 7-10 days. You will receive the exact production date of your order in a confirmation message after payment for the order. We try to mail the orders immediately, once they have been finished or the next day. To Latvia shipping takes only few days to other EU-countries about 5-7 days. To other countries it may take even more time. Please consider that seasons like Christmas may cause delays in deliveries. 

RETURN OR CONPLAINT

As a customer you have a right to return the product in 14 days from the day you got it. If you want to return the product, you have to pay the delivery costs yourself. Also the product should be well packed and unused. If so, we will pay you back the price of the product. 
Check the parcel, when it arrives. If the product is for exaple corrupted during the shipping, inform us without delay by e-mail or phone. We also would like to have picture of this corrupted product.

HOW WE USE THIS REGISTER

Customer informations will be used only to take care customer contacts and they will not be given to any other persons outside the webshop exept in these cases:

to deliver product

to claim unpaid bills

to controllin our webshop

to authorities,  when they ask it and the law accept it

 

SAVING AND DESTROING REGISTER FILES

In general customer register files will be saved until the end of customer relationship. Order, billing and payment information though will be stored as any other bookkeeping information. When customer information is no longer anyway needed, they will be destroied safely.

 

PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER REGISTER FILES

Customer register files will be handled confidential. Information will be secured properly by firewall and other similer cover methods.

The register files are stored only in computer and possible paper prints will be destroied immediately and properly.

The register files will be used only by persons, who need to use it and who are bound to secrecy.

 Regimen

You can wipe a hobby horse with moist rag, if it gets dirty. Rain or riding by the water don’t effect on hobby horses appearance, though we can’t recommend swimming with hobby horse. Don’t leave hobby horse outside or to outbilding for a long time, because mice and birds like to take hobby horses fillings to their nests. Also moist and big differences in the temperature are bad for horses. 

In general fabric colour paintings stays  very well, but during years they might fade especially if hobby horse is very often wiped, washed and combed. Don’t leave hobby horse in direct sunlight for a long time. It also eats the colours.

If hobby horse has woolyarn mane, it can be combed with light hand. If hobby horse has synthetic fibre hair yarn mane, don’t comb it at all. Just run it with fingers. It may tangle to comb. Don’t handle mane or ears roughly.
